A group of year 11 students spent 3 hours at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena this week for the annual Maths Strive For 5 Conference.

Students gained valuable insight into how to interpret, attempt and correctly answer up to grade 5 level questions typical of what will be seen in the summer mathematics examinations.

The useful session was closed by a motivational presentation about overcoming your fears and seeing what is possible from Rachel of the fix-up organisation.
